This project was to covert three Grade II listed Georgian townhouses, previously used as office space, into spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, catering for students.
Converting these large townhouses, spread across five floors and three separate buildings, was logistically challenging. Ensuring that original features were retained, and that the building’s periodic Georgian grandeur wasn’t lost, the careful construction of these apartments was carried out respectfully to the existing buildings.
Bespoke en-suite wet rooms were constructed with rosewood veneer cladding and Stainless Steel trims to give a unique look to the apartments. Other areas of work included new roof coverings, acoustic flooring, Mechanical & Electrical, new drainage and modern finishes.
